Overview

At Lee & Lawless, Peter Franck provides legal consultation in the fields of Entertainment and Intellectual Property law.

In the area of Entertainment law, Mr. Franck counsels clients with regard to contracts, talent, management, recording, production and other agreements.

We advise clients on the protection of their work by a number of methods, including copyright and trademark registration. We can help clients protect their creative output through the registration of their work and renewal of existing rights. We aid clients in obtaining the appropriate licenses, permissions, and clearances necessary for the use of existing copyrighted works.

The Office assists clients with their requirements in the area of business entity formation, including the establishment and administration of corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies. We also advise on appropriate insurance coverage and related business law.
